Pre-Visit Requirements

Please do not eat or drink anything from 10 pm the night before (water is allowed). Please wear comfortable clothing and walking or training shoes. A brisk walk / brief run will be required.

Please ensure that you arrive on time as we follow a tight schedule.

*Medicals not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged in full!

Post-Visit

The feedback session is very important. This is booked about 2 weeks after the medical in order to review abnormal findings and discuss management options. Please ensure the venue for the feedback is confirmed. A comprehensive report is compiled and discussed at the feedback session.
